“While passing through in order to get to GA to purchase a piece of equipment, the track bar broke on my F350. At 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, we gave John a call and although they were set to close at 5:00, he found the part and stayed late to get us back on the road. There was no price gouging. He charged a fair labor wage and the cost of the part. John, the owner, and his nephew, also John, were kind, helpful, and courteous.
If you ever have a need in the area, this is the place to go!”
“James worked on my H2 Hummer today and had it In-N-Out the same day. That was the first time I've used him but I will always bring my vehicles back and my family's car's. He found another problem that I didn't even ask him to look for and it's been driving me crazy I had a small water leak and could not find it and the water pump was leaking from a seal very slowly. That was a relief to me to find out all I needed was another water pump instead of major work. James thank you very much. I have managed mechanic shops for over 20 years in Charleston South Carolina but got hurt and cannot work on my own cars right now so it's hard to trust somebody else to do the work but I trust James to get it right at a fair price . “Thankful to wind up at Master Tech! We broke down in Walterboro and had several businesses recommend them to us to work on our f250 diesel. They put us in contact with a towing company and within an hour our truck was towed to them. Fred offered to take us to Edisto on her way home. Can you believe that? She ended up taking us to get a rental car and off we went. Knowing that we needed the truck they diagnosed and repaired it in one day. Fast, courteous, no bull, just great service. Will use them for all of our vehicle service in the future. Thank you Fred.”
“I had the unfortunate situation of breaking down on I95 southbound. Air conditioning compressor seized up, serpentine belt torn to shreds. Other pulleys destroyed also. Googled repair shops near me and came upon Lug Nuts. Billy was a Godsend! Extremely knowledgeable and skillful! More than that, he explained in detail every detail of what the repairs were needed! “The gentleman man I spoke too, really went out of his way that one morning and helped me out BIG TIME! He did a temporary fix just until the next day for when the welding technician was inn for the day, then he took great care of the problem my hanging loose old exhaust system was riding on the axles and banging around. They guys their did great and took the time to look at it and weld it Damn good in place. As for the pricing it was very fair, just under $100 and they made my problem go away for good. THANK YOU BOB!!”
