“I've always enjoyed doing business with them. This time, I messed up and blew it with the tow truck driver and, after getting 3 or more back to back spam calls, he called from a number in another state....I lit into him without letting him speak.
I sincerely apologize for my behavior, and thus was my fault, not theirs. They always have excellent customer service, are very quick and efficient. The tow truck was on time. I called them with my apology, and they referred me to another company, who was impressive, as well.”

I brought my cx9 in for a dent and minor paint repair in the hatch and a piece of trim that had been knocked loose by re-tread. Dropped it off Monday evening and it was ready Wednesday by lunch! “I went there to get a plug in a tire until the next day when I had an appt to get new tires closer to home. The owner says I can get you 4 new tires now. I asked how much and he saved me almost 250.
