“When we tell you your TV set cannot be repaired it is not a assumption we aren't trying to waste your time or ours or make you pay a diagnostic fee for a TV when we can tell what the issue is just from looking at it? now if it looks like a problem that can be fixed and it doesn't meet or exceed the cost of a brand new TV then we will happily try our best to repair it”
