“WONDERFUL experience! My goodness! I came in without an appointment and despite one tech being out for the day, they got me right in. I can’t ever remember the engineer size of my truck, so one of the techs walked out with me and showed me something my dad should have long ago - where to find that info quick! Ha ha ha! He gave me an estimate and the next thing I knew, I was hanging out in my truck while the oil was changed. No sitting around in a waiting room. Just me, reading my Kindle while my oil was changed.

I was really impressed with the teamwork between the two gents working on my truck, too! They gave each other clear communication which, I imagine, makes this a very safe place for employees to work.

I was so pleased with my service, that I am going to schedule my next service for November instead of waiting until November and being like “Oh…I need an oil change.”

As with most places, they give you a list of suggested, industry standard services to follow up with as well. No uncomfortable, high pressure sales, just a friendly suggestion about the services in the list - which, guess what? Makes me actually want to come back for ALL of the suggested services.

I hope this crew is happy at this location and stays right here. This town (which is the closest town to me) desperately needed a place like this. So grateful they’re here!”

“Very friendly service. They do a good job.My only complaint is they finished with my car but I wasn’t notified.After a little over an hour I went back to auto and my car was sitting ready in the parking lot.Other Walmarts sent a text when the car is ready.”
