“Pellum's body shop is THE place to go for your body work needs! They are friendly, accomodating, fair, and I was blown away with how quickly and efficiently they work! I brought my cx9 in for a dent and minor paint repair in the hatch and a piece of trim that had been knocked loose by re-tread. Dropped it off Monday evening and it was ready Wednesday by lunch! “I've always enjoyed doing business with them. This time, I messed up and blew it with the tow truck driver and, after getting 3 or more back to back spam calls, he called from a number in another state....I lit into him without letting him speak.
I sincerely apologize for my behavior, and thus was my fault, not theirs. They always have excellent customer service, are very quick and efficient. The tow truck was on time. I called them with my apology, and they referred me to another company, who was impressive, as well.”

“Wanted to give a public thanks to Gerald’s Alignment on Green Pond highway. I’m a single mom with an older car that has gotten more unreliable lately. I had some issues and went to another place in town that quoted me over $800 for some repairs. I called Gerald’s had them quote on the same repair and it was $200. Once they got working on the car, it was something else altogether that needed fixing! They were kind enough to only fix what I needed (even though they had already ordered and received the part I originally thought I needed.)Highly recommend going to them if you want honest and fair priced quality work!”
