Employees are nice however the service for Verizon really is horrible and I've had nothing but trouble with the defective phone I purchased and was told if I was able to get a new phone it would be refurbished so in other words I'm paying for a new defective phone but only offered a refurbished one that may or may not be defective as well . I feel like no one is listening and that Verizon is ripping people off if I am paying 300 something for a new phone then the defective device should also be replaced with a brand new phone .

I was very pleased. I needed a new phone and had decided to switch to Verizon. The gentleman here who dealt with me was very helpful, answering all my questions, explaining options, and spending a fair amount of time getting me switched over and activated and so on.A positive experience in every way.I don't generally post reviews, but I did this time because my experience was so much better than I had expected after seeing the other reviews.

Not organized, disrespectful, no order order or direction. Its like the whole staff is new. The manager never came out to assist. The rep kept going in the back to process my application. The worst location ever.

I'm extremely dissatisfied how my uncle who is a senior came down to walterboro for his brother wife funeral traveling over a 1.000 miles. .. He had a appointment came into the store with my elderly aunt. I will not even discuss the horrific wait times my uncle came into your store on a Wednesday 9/8/2022 they didn't have his particular phone Kendra is absolutely rule to the cord. Short answers told my uncle to come back the next day to retrieve his new phone only to find out she was off and to fine out there is no phone for my uncle. I left my job in walterboro where ian a property manager I then drove to ruffin sc where my uncle was staying I called Asurian representative who was the best did mention to me my uncle order wasn't even completed after several minutes I finally got my uncle order taken care of and to be delivered to his home address in New York it was critical that my uncle had his cell phone because of his age. The employees are getting some of your employees need to acknowledge there customers instead of giving us the overwhelming dissatisfied faces. when customer's enter your establishment if this is how seniors are treated Shane on you. I will sit down and send a certified letter to your corporate office. I had already sent in a review how unhappy I was. let's fix this there has to be a better way to treat your customers and the locals such as myself. Shame on Verizon my Aunt that accompany my uncle retire from Verizon in NYC 30 years she was employed with the company you may delete my review I will post it on Facebook again and again how my elderly uncle was treated He is s so upset and angry I had to sit down with my uncle and told him I will take care of. it after several minutes he calm down How could Kendra do this and make a promise to my uncle. i gave my uncle one of my phones to take back with him while driving back to NYC. Verizon Shane on you ! Your store manager did nothing he should have solved my uncle problem it would have never gotten this far. As a senior myself at 64. your store needs to be patient with customers regardless of age. Acknowledging your customers at first glance say hello welcome to Verizon.

Confused associates. Wait time ridiculous. Didn't charge the tablets they work with. Changed my # without telling me. Told me it would only take 15 minutes for my phone to activate. 3 hours later still can't make or receive calls. Go back and they tell me my phone isn't compatible with Verizon. Can't give me a refund back to the card I used. Must mail refund check to my house in 2 weeks. SMDH! Wasted my day!
