I have five prescriptions there. I have my red white n blue Medicare card. They refuse to accept it for my meds. I will no longer use them after many years. I need my meds and all they do is lie. This is it though. I not only will not go there. The rest of the store no longer exists to me.

I always find that the Pharmacist & staff at our Walterboro Walmart Pharmacy are so kind, friendly, caring , professional & patient with me. That means comfort & confidence in them which flows over onto me. I had an allergic mold reaction & I’m scared of medicines. The pharmacist took time to help me relax & understand how to take the antibiotic. She was truly so sweet. As others in the past have been too.I felt comfortable & not afraid to take what I really needed yo take to heal me. Everyone who works there & who comes & goes has always been so professional & knowledgeable. They truly care about us, the customer & that speaks volumes when they take a moment to educate us more than the usual info chat.Thank you to All & Pharmacist who work in the Walterboro Walmart Pharmacy in SC .Mc

I have never visited a pharmacy with so many rude unhappy people. I will stick to my pharmacy. I only used them so I could get started on my meds tonight.

The girls in the phone center are horrendous. I am disabled and use a riding cart. I can only afford a Tracfone one year contract. A family that wanted to buy several phones came after me and after the clerk picked out my new phone. They interrupted her to serve them. She spoke with them for at least five minutes, came toward me and set my phone down on the desk. I was in so much pain and wanted to be careful not to get outwardly angry so I said to another phone clerk that I would go shopping to give her time to get to my phone. I came back from shopping all the food in my small cart and she was now sitting at the desk with them assisting them still. I said I would go pay for my food and give her more time to help me. Although I use a riding cart, I am in horrific lower back pain. The longer I sit on the chair, the worse it gets. I came back from paying for my groceries and she still ignored me. Another clerk took my phone and began to work on it. She made multiple personal calls on her own phone as she fiddled with my phone occasionally. I began to sweat from the intense pain. I held back my tears. Finally, the clerk but not the one that originally was helping me, finished with my phone. I don't know how to use it or answer it. I dread going back and asking for help. Once I called this store to complain about so few riding carts and there never being charged. The manager couldn't have cared less about my suggestion to ask headquarters for more carts. I called headquarters and directly asked for them to provide this store for more carts. They were there the next week. The charging problem persists. Carts sit uncharged. I have to go home. One man last week was near tears. He said he had waited 40 minutes for a riding cart. He was so old. I told him I would bring him back my cart on return from my car. At that time, up rolls a very morbidly obese woman riding slowly without a care in the world. She did not give up her cart or worry about anyone standing there needing one. The man did get my cart although there was not much charge left on it as was the case when I found the cart. I was very disappointed in the attitude of these Walmart employees and the store manager. It really is a shame. We have raised "me" generations of morbidly obese selfish inconsiderate people. I wonder what will come of this world in a few short years. God save us.

This Walmart sucks! I have found most of the employees to be lazy and not want to help. I went in to buy a $300 item and the lady said she couldn't get to them in the back. Seriously? I also grabbed a couple of sweatshirts that were in a rack of all the same shirts that said clearance $7. When I went to pay they rang up at $9. The lady would not give them to me for $7. She said they just hadn't changed the sign yet. Really? Customer service is no more folks!
