“Prices are a little higher but availability of hard to find tools, specialty tools and the knowledge to help you get the job done are great. Store hours are more like a bank including Saturday so plan ahead. If they don't have they will do their best to get it for you. I drive a Saab 9-3 and instead of just looking for for a serpentine belt they looked up the original specs for the belt and matched up a better quality belt that was the exact same length. Don't be fooled, they take the time to make sure you get what you need before you leave.”
“I just got my Tundra back from Carter Collision. A deer collision did quite a bit of damage to the front passenger side, including caving in the front door. I could not be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received from them. They were friendly and helpful. They kept me regularly informed as they worked with my insurance company to secure approval for additional work that was not on the original estimate. The repair itself is flawless and the truck looks better than it did before the accident.”
