Tanzy was so helpful, helping us buy our first new car as a married couple. She's sweet, knowledgeable, funny, if she doesn't know something she is honest and tells you. She is also Not Pushy like alot of car salespeople. Go to Honda cars ofAiken, we had a great experience.

Honda Car of Aiken is amazing dealership all the way around. Let me be transparent in saying I am a service advisor there but I had only been working 2 weeks there before I was in an accident that totaled my vehicle. Not only were they concerned for my well being but that put me in a loaner. Alex, Scotty, and Joseph in our sales department went above and beyond for me and got me in a vehicle with low payments. I would genuinely recommend our dealership for everyone. Especially for our sales and service department. Much better buying experience than the first time at a different dealer in Augusta

Came here after my car was still having issues even after a hyundai employee looked at it. Colby was very polite and really did want to help me. Although there service could not look at my vehicle due to me leaving the state in 2 days I absolutely felt welcomed and would definitely go back if service was needed or I was looking to buy a car as the people were very friendly and seemed honest.

This is about the fifth car that I bought from Honda. I have never had anything but positive things to say. Yolanda’s back which is what really made me consider this. Yolanda is a good sales person. She’s never been pushy. That’s why I like working with her so much however, that sales manager that came out was very pushy and left me feeling very uncomfortable. Getting a new car was the right decision because I had such high miles for such a short time but the decision should’ve been made by me on my time not because I felt pressured. Yolanda I loved working with her John. He’s such a great guy and I love working with him that sales manager. I think his name was Byron if I’m not back at Honda, he’s the reason why. Shame on you I had such a great experience so many times with Honda and I have never left, feeling anything but happy and completely satisfied and secure, but not this time I spent all day yesterday, terrified whether I could make the payments

Third attempt over the past few years to buy from here. Main reason would have been local to where i live.They play too many games to get you on the lot Advertise their (Final Price) on Website only to jack it up 10 grand when you come to look at car.Constant (Let me go ask my manager) Back and forth.Seems to be the Stokes Hodges Business ModelWill avoid ever driving back on a lot with Stokes Hodges in the name. or even without it in the name but still owned by them like Honda Cars of AikenHard to play the COVID Market Adjustment game with a lot full of cars.Edit for reply…If you took it serious and wanted to discuss. You have my contact info.You list a car as manager special on web for 39,375 Final Price and when I get there price is 49,000Bad business practice in my opinion. I have come to expect that from any Stokes Hodges owned dealerships.

The sales person Geri Perano really knew the CR-V she sold to me. She was very professional and spent time explaining the vehicle and helping me get the computer components set up. If the vehicle and the warranty service is as good as she is, I will be pleased. Stay tuned?

Purchased a car from Honda Cars of Aiken on August 19, 2023. I am from Columbia and saw a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing on a used car website. I happened to be on my way to Atlanta, so I decided to stop on the way. I called and spoke to their staff, and they had the vehicle ready when I arrived. I worked with Ed and Deshon and told them what I was willing to pay. All of the staff were very friendly, and there wasn't any haggling over price, which I deeply appreciated. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had a great salesman Collin P. but overall I bought a high mileage vehicle and several banks told me because of that and the age I would qualify for a personal loan at around 14% interest. There was no way I was doing that. Honda offered me a "car loan" at the same rate they took 600 off but I figured that was what I saved from having a tag already. In 2 days a check engine light came on. I took it to Midas first and had them look it over because I knew Honda was going to turn the light off period. And that's what they did. Would I buy from them again? Probably not.

We unexpectedly had to buy a car this week and luckily for us, we were able to get excellent service here. Our salesperson, Geri went above and beyond to get us the specific vehicle we needed. Kept us informed of timelines and realistic expectations given the current demand environment. She was quick, informed and responded to emails and text messages promptly. It was a stressful period but the car buying process was a breeze thanks to Geri’s expertise, know how and professionalism.
