Absolutely love love love this post office, Brenda at the counter is the sweetest most helpful woman. My mail carrier Kim is always on time, very helpful, probably the best mail carrier they have on staff. Even their subs are AMAZING. The sub post master is a million times better than the last one and I truly hope he stays as post master, everything is so much smoother now.

This is a small post office. There is never more than one or two people in line in front of you. Most of the time you can walk right up to the counter to be waited on. They seem to offer full service, and certainly have been able to do anything I have ask for, with no problem. The staff are friendly and efficient, and you can usually get in and out very quickly. They do have abbreviated hours, so you will want to check their schedule before driving over there .

I really appreciate this post office! Many of the others in Aiken or nearby are often crowded with customers, but this one never is, and the employees are always kind and helpful. It is my top choice anytime I have to have something mailed or buy stamps, and I’m always in and out within just a few minutes.I can’t speak to delivery of mail as my mail is routed through a different post office in town, but if you have to go to USPS in person, this is definitely one of the ones to choose!

We just moved to Warrenville and I have used amazon rather frequently since moving to our new home. The post office delivery lady has daily stops by our house. But, she is basically throwing them onto our doorstep or just plopping then down carelessly. I hear them bang against the porch when our things are being delivered. Thankfully nothing has been broken - yet. This is very unprofessional and frustrating. If you don’t like your job then find a new one and quit taking it out on our packages. If you’re mad about having to stop by a house frequently then oh well - you’re getting paid to do so. We will be installing cameras soon for security and to also put a face to whomever is throwing/plopping our packages. It’d be in her and whoever else best interest to be a bit more careful. If it continues and we catch such on video then we will be going to their manager and/or above them. Treat others and their things as you’d like to be treated. Pretty she wouldn’t like people throwing around her items.

Warrenville post office delivered a package (box) that has fragile written on it in the rain without putting it in a plastic bag. By the time I got the box it was soaked and if the company I bought it from wasn’t so great in wrapping it up the product inside would have been ruined. DO NOT deliver anything outside of it’s raining. You may end up having to pay for someone’s stuff like you almost had to pay for mine.

The mail delivering lady doesn’t come up to the house to leave the packages, leaves them by the garage. Also any letter or box that we need to sign for, she doesn’t come to the door or nothing and leaves the pink form saying that no one was home. 3 times she has done this and it’s really upsetting since very important things we have been waiting for. I would definitely like a phone call from the manager of this post office to talk to them more about this.

I really love the friendly environment but when it comes to answering the phone not so much. I have been on hold for more than 3 hours.

If you don't really want your packages, and would like for them to be "lost" or "misplaced", use this post office. Had several packages have went missing. Have heard they fired the lady responsible, so it may get better. YMMV
