So far delivery is 37 days late with no explanation or scheduled delivery date. Hard to comment on their delivery practices when they won’t deliver the product. I can only assume they lost it and that’s why they won’t tell me anything.

A remarkably dishonest company--or, at least this branch is. I spent a lot of money on a brand new washer & dryer that XPO delivered. I discovered the washer was dented, making it extremely loud to run, and was told to speak to XPO about getting it repaired. The supervisor I spoke to there, Mark Sprayberry, shirked all responsibility, saying it was the manufacturer's job to fix, and that there was no way XPO could've damaged it. This claim was directly contradicted by two different repair techs, both of whom determined the damage was due to delivery or installation--i.e., it was caused by XPO.Stay away. If you can't, be VERY thorough in documenting anything delivered from this unprofessional outfit.

Whoever does the scheduling/dispatching is terrible!! My delivery was scheduled for 9/15. I took the afternoon off of work and no one showed up or called. I called them and with no explanation, they rescheduled to 9/22. I took the afternoon off again, and AGAIN, no one showed up or called. Called them again and they said they just received my material today and delivery would be 9/25. Why on earth would they schedule a delivery TWICE if they don't have my order on hand yet?! Anyway, twenty minutes later I get a call saying " we have to reschedule to 9/26." Manager hung up on me and when I called back customer service told me no manager was available. What the heck?! Let's see if they show up.

Same as most as far as dispatchers go.. They think that title makes them higher than they are. Place sucks. Stay away.. Not professional at all
