Been using this storage place for over 10 years. Great area, clean spaces, and just installed new roll up doors. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs extra storage place. Owners are super easy to work with.

Convenient location in West Union has made this an easy facility to use. Big plus! It’s always clean and feels safe and is well lit, with useful extras like carts and paper towels. The owners are quick to communicate and helped me get a unit set up easily online, after hours, close to a holiday. I was honestly surprised that it was so easy to get into a unit so quickly! Once I inadvertently missed the latch when I locked my unit, and the owner noticed and messaged me to let me know it wasn’t secure. Great facility and customer service!

A wonderful family running the business. Very professional, courteous, and helpful. Prices are in line with other facilities and they’ve just finished doing major updates at the facility on Hwy 11 in West Union. If you’re in need of storage units, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Top Shelf Storage!!!

Very impressed with the security and cleanliness! They do a great job with both facilities and we have used them both. Very close to Lake Keowee which is great for us! We utilized their facilities while we were building. Always available if we need assistance.
