Gonna try to keep post somewhat short but wanted to give credit where credit is due. So….. Last night I had to make a quick run to CVS before they closed and Ms. Gloria was so nice! She attended to me on a couple things and her customer service and sheer politeness were top notch! I wish all my retail experiences could be so positive! Thank you Gloria for simply being the kind person you are. Nice to see some companies do still care about customer service, because I can certainly list a couple that do not. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gloria was very helpful and patient with my complicated order! She was very pleasant to speak to and I noticed she was that way with everyone. Five star customer service!

The staff at West Union,SC CVS are the best of the best.They provide outstanding customer service from the pharmacy as well as other areas of the store. I give the West Union CVS store the highest rating.

Pharmacy staff person told me she didn't have time to try to help my daughter with Down syndrome get a better discount for her medications for a 90 day supply. It's not been that way in the past. The culture is changing at this CVS pharmacy.

Normally, the shopping experience here is a decent one. The Staff is typically helpful and friendly. The prices are high, but is there anywhere that's not now days. The main reason for only 3 stars is the cleanliness of the business. It's been getting worse over time, and is definitely time for a deep clean/ make over. As soon as you walk in the main entrance the floor is very dirty and stained and there are filthy spots on the floor tru out the store. The outside of the building could also use a pressure wash to make it look better. The sidewalks are extremely filthy there. Not trying to be petty on this review, but I'm not typically the kind of person that notices how clean a place is unless it's pretty bad.
