Very unprofessional! First I would like to say this : I wouldn't be writing this review if the General Manager would have called me back. I left me name and number with the secretary but never received a call back. I showed up on a Friday for my appointment which they had no record of. I clearly asked this service center not to drive my wife's twin turbo Red Sport 400, but they drove it 2 miles anyway. Not to mention they didn't even rotate and balance my tires like I asked them to do.When confronted, the service manager got cocky and told me maybe we're not the service center for me if his Techs can't drive the cars they repair. And your right, sir. I'll be going elsewhere where people will respect my wishes. I will say the Mechanic did an excellent job on her brakes. Too bad the service didn't match his work

Wife took car in for an oil change had coupon so much off. Had it done, went to pay the bill rang it up and it was one amount. My Wife remembered she forgot to give the woman the coupon. The woman took the coupon and refigured the amount. The total was larger then before she presented the coupon. My wife asked why it was bigger, the woman said something hadn't been added in by accident . Didn't pass the sniff test.

Saw ad for a car I wanted at sticker price, I emailed to verify the car was in stock and the price. I received an email verifying the price and availability I then emailed to move forward on the purchase and was told it was a mistake and the actual price was actually $10,000.00 more than what they had advertised and told me in an email. Deceptive trade practice imho, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Bought myself a truck here, They seem to have more inventory then other dealerships. Go See Roger he helped me and had quite a bit of knowledge and when he didnt know the answer he found it out for me. Roger was an Honest and reliable salesman I will buy every car from now on from him! It was a great experience.
