I just called the store multiple times and no one has picked up the phone once. I just wanted to know if they have finally restocked. I am disabled and its hard for me to get around. This is the closest place to me. I find it ignorant and lazy to not be able to pick up the phone. I have called before and somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung up every time. This place has really gone downhill. The staff there are subpar at best. This has turned into one of the worst Dollar generals in the area. I highly recommend going to the one off of highway 11 near the dump instead of this place.
I have also called the other Dollar general on highway 11 and they picked up immediately so thats where im going now.

When I got home I found a travel bottle of dove shampoo in my bag we didn't get it then looked on my receipt it was on there so I went right back to the dallor general with the shampoo the girl opened the bottle told the guy it seams its not used right in front of me I told her again I just live 5minutes from the store just got home and found it in the bag of stuff we actually got then she finally give my money I didn't appreciate acting like I used it and brought it back which would never do first and all I have respect for myself
I didn't get it in the first place
the only thing I can figure is the person in front of me had the shampoo so there missing there shampoo when they got home .🤨

Love this store... It's close to my house and very convenient... They are under new management... Greg(Store Mang)& Kat (Asst Mang) Great staff don't know all their names, but they go above and beyond the call of duty... Way to go Tracy(Dist Mang) you have a Great group working together... So this store has a guy/girl working here if your in a hurry and want to purchase tobacco/alcohol products don’t stop in here not old enough to sell them and you have to wait until they get someone from outside or somewhere in the store to wait on you
