The other recommendations athletes have posted on this page sum it up better than I could, but suffice it to say I highly recommend. Just an example of the kind of environment it is, today they brought me and others cold bottle(s) of water while we were working out. I feel very thankful to have this place. Take care.

Love it it's the perfect place for me. Has everything you could need for a great workout and the sauna is great as well.
