“I was searching for a vehicle with my mom , when my car battery fuse decided to quit working. The employees tried jumping me off at first and when that didn’t work they got someone to look at it and he looked up the part for me and told me where I could purchase it and he would replace it for me. I ended up having to order the part from Honda dealership and one of the employees came in on his day off and installed my new battery for me and the fuse part I needed free of charge. Although I tried giving him some , he refused. I’m just thankful and amazed by how genuine and nice these people were. We didn’t purchase a car from them yet so they didn’t have to help me , but they did. Sweetest people ever.”

“Put $1,000 down on a Nissan Rogue after owning the vehicle for a week the battery went out and I thought that they would just give me a new battery but instead they added it on to my bill when I asked if I could pay them $100 on my $200 bill last week they agreed to it and I assumed I could pay on $200 this week but they wanted me to pay the entire $300 so their polite people but really not the hometown type folks you would expect in a small dealership... These folks are polite and after a call from the owner I feel like my review should reflect their willingness to help their community... It's not perfect but they are new and I'm sure they will get better over time... Update as of May 5th 2026 they finally earned their 5 star review... Like I said earlier they'll get better over time and today I finally seen that change...”
