Been waiting 11 days for a first class certified letter to arrive. It was un traceable for 7 days and now says undeliverable. No one will answer a phone call and I have to wait 7 more business days before you have to respond to my service request. So 20 days before you will talk to me and answer my questions. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I received notice yesterday that a package that required a signature was out for delivery. I made arrangements to be home to receive the package. The postal carrier left a yellow slip in my mailbox that said an attempt to deliver the package was made, that is a lie! The carrier never attempted to deliver the package, because if they had, I would have my package and I wouldn't be filing this complaint. I paid extra for this service and deserve to receive the service that was paid for. If the size of my letter carrier's mail route is too large, maybe the post office needs to hire more people to get the job done. There is a limit on delivery attempts before I must drive to the PO, or the package will be returned to sender. I paid the USPS to deliver my package but this did not occur, for whatever reason, but one thing for certain is there is never a time that it is acceptable to lie, because it creates an overall inconvenience and it causes great distrust of the person who has been entrusted to deliver my mail.

All they do put packages in the wrong mailbox, better off getting your packages held . I wouldn’t trust them with to a dollar

I absolutely hate the United States Postal Service, with a great passion at that. But today, Kelly and the other lady (I'm sorry ma'am) were so nice and helpful with my package going everywhere but my address. This post office used to have a rude bunch in there, and maybe still do after reading the other reviews, but Kelly and the lady who called about my email at 6:37pm were awesome. Thank you ladies!

Most unprofessional and rude group of people. They forwarded my package in error and I didn’t raise my voice, curse, anything of the sort. However, they didn’t like my tone because I was rightfully upset, and the first thing they said was “don’t get an attitude”, then when I kept talking and said that’s rude to say to an upset customer, they just hung up on me. Poor customer service and rude employees!

The customer service at this post office is ridiculous. They don’t even really know what there doing I have had a mail forward in since (April 1, 2024) and my carrier didn’t find out until today (June 10, 2024) [70 Days Later] I have not received any of my mail from my old address!

Package marked as delivered but not where it says it is. Sometimes it'll magically arrive the next day, and sometimes it won’t. This happened several times in the past week.Mail person in the rural area that runs Unity Church Road doesn’t need a job if this keeps ongoing.

Happened 3 times this year, package marked delivered on this Sunday, mail does not run on Sunday on Greenfield road. It is now Tuesday and I still do not have my package at 1010. My neighbor has some one else's package today

Yesterday, 10-18-23, my experience was SOOOOO enjoyable. The young lady, SCOGGINS is incredible!!! She was courteous, attentive showed extreme customer service in helping me and others choose the correct size of boxes and/ or envelopes , whether to go general OR PRIORITY mail ; price differences & the time period of delivery. ALLowing me to use extra tape, ; ( yes , that’s me) Also, placing emphasis on the tracking number on the receipt. HELLO!!! Beautiful smile to co- inside with her personality. SHE IS excellent with the public!!! Which entails her knowledge while still being pleasant AND WELL MANNERED to ALL, including the aged; which I am a member of! ? Keep up the good work, SCOGGINS!!!!

Sorry one star! I was love before the usps service delivered people in my area 5 year ago and before! Because they where very responsible and friendly, always drop my mail as should be in front of my door!! But now since 3 year ago already everthing change no idea why?? But since there, mostly all the time my mail packages are left in my carpo near a few feets from the Hwy road! In where everyone can see the packages! Especially when the car is no there, even more those packages are more visible close to the road!! Is a risk anytime can be stole my mail! My other huge complaint is that sometimes my mail goes delivered in another place or I got mail from other people and sometimes are from far away from my area! Or even worse some times my orders said are delivery but they are no, because the same situation they maybe where left in another address and then they lost?? Is very annoying all this happening in this are with the delivery people! They have to be more precautions and love what they do to avoid this mistakes, that are continuing more and more often!! A mean one two even 3 times is understandable, but when is to many times is like wow can't believe, and is very frustrating! I never left bad reviews, but I'm tired of this situation.
