We went for a passport appointment and the service was super friendly and fast. 10 out of 10 I would recommend making the drive.

Another day of them not picking up the mail only delivering. (She has to reach past the outgoing mail to even put in new mail) it's a commical level of laziness. Entire street doesn't understand why this is suddenly happening. My next stop will be higher up the chain of command. Prior employee did his job. What a shame

I don't know who this woman is the past 4-5 days picking up but she is terrible, she refuses to pick up any mail I leave out or my neighbors. What happened to the guy? He actually did his job, now every single day I have to walk to the post office.

Drove down from Lake Wylie for same-day passport appointment for our newborn. The facility was so pleasant, made it so nice, and even took several pictures until we got one where we weren’t crying. Strongly recommend this for passports and all other needs, super friendly staff!

I was honestly a little worried to come to this location to send off a Poshmark after reading reviews of customer service, but Danny (the nicest human ever) was amazing! I had never sent a package out and they walked me through it and smiled the entire time. We need more Danny's in the world!!

The rudest and least helpful employees. They are so incredibly slow and think that they are way smarter than the customer. I waited for 10 minutes to pick up a package and when I finally got to the ONE employee working she said I was waiting in the long line (there was only one line). She said I was supposed to be waiting by a blue door for package pickup? And then proceeded to make me wait an additional 10 minutes. I did not come to this post office for my own enjoyment I had to pick something up. Would never come back to this post office. The employees are useless and should all be fired.

THERE IS NO POSTAL MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION, ONLY INCOMPETENT BEST FRIENDS PRETENDING TO BE POSTAL EMPLOYEES..THEY CANT AND WONT DRIVE A 4X4 VEHICLE DOWN A DIRT ROAD TO DELIVER PACKAGES..I AM COMPLETELY CONFUSED AS TO HOW THIS OFFICE IS JUSTIFIED IN STAYING OPEN..COMPLETE FAILURE AS A POST OFFICE..Update..So I get a notice from Amazon on Sunday that the post office attempted to make a package delivery at 3:16. ironically I got the message from Amazon at 12:15 so he delivered from the future apparently. that's the first lie. the second lie is.no note in my box stating that I have a package being held. third my door is 10 ft behind the mailbox another proof that he didn't show up to my property. another lie.they've been doing this for years package guys say they came to your property they lie to get paid for it but they never actually come by your property there are three different ways that I just explained that prove that he lied about even coming in my property or near my property somebody's got to do something...

These people been calling me each day since Monday about a package that was supposed to be delivered to me but was sent to another location! EVERY DAY FOR 6 DAYS STRAIGHT I WAS GETTING A CALL EVERY OTHER DAY FROM 2 different women with no updates.... these people were literally calling me for NOTHING when my item has been sitting in the same location since 12/3... (note today is 12/12). So yesterday I was told that the case was closed and that they'll send it to the correct address .. low and behold I receive a call TODAY (SATURDAY 12/12 8:30am) with the same mess... actually different mess because I was being given an entire new runaround when I already spoke with the "manager" the previous day . I respectfully told her that I've been getting calls after calls and that you guys should be calling the people who have the package and not me .. I mean it's been a FULL WEEK and this lady woke me up out my sleep just to say my package wasn't going to be delivered. She was acting like I owed HER, when I paid for a $20 service and didn't get it!! This lady literally hung up in my face bc she wanted to tell me how she was helping but overlooking the fact that I been talking to folks everyday.. She hung up and I got so furious but THEY BEEN CALLING ME, WHAT GIVES YOU THAT RIGHT ... so I nicely took me behind down there & guess what... nobody came to the front .. and when they finally did.. it was the RACIST WHITE BOSS MAKING THREATS ABOUT IT BEING FEDERAL PROPERTY VS HIM ACTUALLY FIGURING OUT THE ISSUE!! I had my phone up in his face to show the repeated calls , HE DIDNT CARE!!! They freaking horrible fraudsters literally called to police to fake scare me and to tell me not to come back vs actually understanding my frustration of the repeated calls!!! Everyone deserves to lose their job! The customer service is straight pathetic and I swear to GOD I hope they get exactly the unemployment they deserve!!!! I AM FINDING THEM AND COMPLAINING OUR THEIR LINKEDIN ACCOUNTS AS WELL!!! IM THE ONE WITHOUT MY MONEY AND product,,I BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT WITH THEM!!! THESE PEOPLE TREAT BLACKS TERRIBLE!!! Service is super slow and they don't seem to have enough workers up front. After my experience here, I will go out of my way to drive to the little post office in the pharmacy on South Blvd where they are friendly and helpful.

Skip it. Drive or walk the mail to your final destination instead of experiencing this slow miserable death that is the waiting time, poor interpersonal communication skills and general disregard for customer interaction. If I could reverse the tables and they were to wait on me to give them my mail it would look like this - I would use a slingshot and with maximum escape velocity fling any and every size package at their heads. Please tell them I said hi and they suck should you choose to adventure into the abyss of turd like customer service. It's great.

Worst experience I have ever had. Ignorant workers. Lost international mail. Made arrangements before lost via usps.com and spoke with representatives and woman at location did not know what usps.com was and said they dont deal or know what that is. She did know the number you call to speak with the usps representatives. Never received call package was lost, had to call 3 times to have post master j*** tell me its lost file a claim. No apologies nothing. A bunch of idiots that need to be replaced asap. This is why people use other services.

Arrived at 12:03, despite others still in line I was told I couldn't be helped. I understand the posted hours must be adhered to, but better judgment should be used here.

We drove 45 minutes to this post office because they take walk-ins for passports on a Saturday which is the day we chose. Well worth the drive!!! In and out quickly. They also take the passport photo so everything can be completed in one place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating!!! We enjoyed our conversation with them!! Small town post offices are the BEST!!
