“I live an hour away and was in the area for work and stopped by this location to get a new business card since mines was damaged. There isn’t a Truist bank where I live. Last I went to another location in Mauldin near my job last and they were rude and brushed me off. The employee had another customer came up after 2 minutes of assisting me and told me she would just call me in another card but didn’t. I got off work early and came in and told Logan my concerns and he was nice and patient and got me a replacement card the same day. Thank you so much, highly recommended this location.”
