Customer service sucks…..
Felt like I was bothering them while stating the problem with my ash vac and pricing what a replacement motor would cost, which was almost as much as a new vac. I will buy another vac but not from this company.

Very poor customer service. I purchased their battery operated circular saw. It would not work. Called their helpline. Girl at the desk said can't help you. Take it back to the store if you don't like it. I won't be buying from Richpower again.

Load here once or twice a month. Never had to wait. The crew is very friendly and efficient.
