Great help but you can never get anyone to answer the phone, literally one Sunday I was in the phone waiting from 3PM and they closed and didn't answer.

Not a good pharmacy for all meds. Basic meds are ok. But any schedule 3, you are treated like a different person. Took my business elsewhere.

I went to Walgreens yesterday at 4:00and gave them my Mothers transcripts from CVS for them to fill her prescriptions ( her insurance made her change pharmacies) I went back today at 3:15 to pick them up & not only were they not filled but the girl did not even enter them in the computer!
The wait time is ridiculous too !

Had a Rx called in, went to pick it up, was told it'd be 30-40 minutes, okay no problem, came back an hour later, was told it'd be 30-45 minutes, I said that's what you said and hour ago, sorry, it'll be at least another 20 minutes. I come back 30 later, the lady in front of me was being told the same thing I'd been told, she said that's what she was the day before, she was upset and left, the Pharmacist said well I guess it'll take an hour or two for that one... Not very professional... This pharmacy needs a good manager and that female pharmacist needs to be re trained... This is why people will further to CVS...
I know I will from now on...

Ordered an item for an online pick up order was $44 Picked up item and it had been used and re packaged. Retuned the next day and wanted to swap it out. The in store price was $49. Cashier told us after the “process” my card would only be charged the $44. Needless to say that was a lie. I have called the store and now have to go back to the store so they can return the correct amount of money. Shouldn’t have to drive to a different town for a screw up on the stores part.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with, they don't have the prescription in stock that the Dr prescribed and has been approved by the insurance company, 12 days later when they finally get the medication they refuse to sell you the medication because they say the prescription that you NEVER got has one more day before you can get it because the prescription that you NEVER got is suppose to last 15 days. Hard to believe these same people are putting medication in your bottle and you are supposed to trust their judgement. This happens nearly every time I go to fill a prescription.

Here we are again at this low down Walgreens. I need my medicines and they're out and have no idea when it's coming in. I suggest and urge everyone to find a new pharmacy and put this one out of business

Most of the staff is great but being ignored by the pharmacy staff took the cake, 3 people and no one acknowledged me til my patience wore thin and that was to tell me someone would be right with me. No one else was behind me, no one in the drive thru, I shook my head and left without my prescription. I may switch to another pharmacy.
