Our truck got stuck in a really bad spot and thank god this is who we called. Tavaris showed up promptly (on a Saturday no less) and worked so hard to help us get out on our own before his tow guy showed up. His buddy quickly pulled us out and we were on our way! We would have paid anything to get out of that situation and they didn’t take advantage and charged us an extremely reasonable price. You hope to never be in the situation, but if you are, this is who you need to call!!!!

Excellent service! They towed my car about 40 miles home in the middle of the night after having engine trouble in the middle of nowhere when no one else would come, including AAA. I waited for hours to get a tow from AAA. We decided to give them a shot and as soon as we called them they showed up fast and got us home. Real life savers, would highly recommend!

After many failed attempts with roadside assistance this past Saturday with my insurance company, we decided to outsource and reached out to Capt's Towing. Capt's towing timliness is second to none, arriving within 15-20 mins of our request. Extremely professional and worked deligently, even in the pouring rain. I appreciate Capt's Towing and highly recommend them. Services ARE beyond expectations!

Capt came late on a Saturday night and picked us up on the side of I-77. Got our car safely to Augusta GA 2 hours away. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them.

I needed a car hauled from my home to a dealership 70 miles away. I called Capt’s towing and he gave me an arrival time. He was on time, great customer service and was willing to bring me back home but I had already made other arrangements. This is old school Customer Service, willing to do whatever it takes to help the customer, you can see that from the other reviews. First class.

Excellent service. I had a tractor buried up to the axels in mud. Not your normal tow service. His team of five guys spent 3 hours to get it recovered. They were not going to quit until the job was done. Great team.

They pulled me out of the mud in pouring rain after two other companies refused to come out in bad weather. Both gentlemen were incredibly kind and helpful. Price was reasonable too!
