Mrs. Sharon was an 11/10!! Overall one of the kindest most prompt and professional apartment managers I have met yet! Unfortunately I am not approved due to over income but the experience was amazing, would recommend anyone who would be qualified!!!!

Well the management is not treating everyone fairWhen i first moved here in 2019 she was fair then as the months passes i saw different stuff goes on likeWe not allow to have pets here why are ppl haven pets in hereMy apt was broken in someone came in while me and my husband were out of town doing the time simlius check came out we left $900.00 in our homeWhen we got back our home were burglarized and door nob was tampered with...And till this day never heard back from Winnsboro public safety officers nor the office...I don't like this place just to much goes on here i don't feel safe anymore that why i leave weekly and come back homeThe children's here don't have no redpectBouncing ball all in the hallways all day.The noise level over the weekend is terrible...So i refuse to live like thisPraying by next year i will be gone back home to Columbia in the process of looking for me another spot..I really don't like this town anymore it not safe here...Hope it works out for anyone who move over here..Best Wishes to you and your family

DO NOT LEASE HERE, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. new manager sucks, the manager over her is racist. No privacy whatsoever. Cameras watching you from every angle. They don’t want tenants hanging in the hallways even though you’re paying rent. Can’t be outside unless you’re leaving the complex. They don’t want you to have visitors. They come in your apartment unannounced most of the time and they have inspections every month. Every now and then they call the narcs to come and shake the neighborhood down. Doesn’t matter who you are young, old, babies. They don’t care. This is a predominately BLACK Neighborhood hood and owners of this place wants these residents to live like slaves. The apartments are nice but it’s not worth it. You will literally have to walk on hot rocks everyday, or eggshells, or nails lbs. DONT GO HERE!!!
