I can't say enough good things about my experience at Independent Body shop!! Bill & the team came recommended by our handyman and being fairly new to the area, we definitely wanted someone that was recommended. Man, we lucked out!I got a quote in August from Jeremiah in the office, and they never once pressured me to get the work done right away. Just gave me the quote and gave me the space to get things in order. When I was ready, Bill went out of his way to make the experience as easy as possible, even letting me drop my car off with him in chapin vs. having to drive all the way to Winnsboro.The work...fast, detailed and IMPECCABLE! You can't even tell that our car had scratches and they worked with me in an incredibly efficient and professional way. And the pricing was very very reasonable.I cant say enough good things and will recommend Bill & Jeremiah to anyone looking for body work! Thank you!

I recently took my car to Independent Body after being in a auto accident. The staff was friendly and most efficient in searching for reduced parts etc to make repairs to my car. The mechanic was quick to come out and access the damage and explain everything to me in very courteous manner. This was on Tues morning, today is Thursday, I have received several phone calls in relation to my car, the stage of repair, expected time of completion. The staff was extra helpful in sending pics of the damage to my insurance company for me. I want to thank Independent Body Shop for being there for ME and all of Fairfield Co SC, plus others that need quick, expert repair. Marvin Newton

Ryan and Josh were great to work with. Timing belt, water pump, pully changed out quickly, I payed half of what dealer quoted me and the customer service was top notch

The body work that I received was acceptable, in fact no complaints on my end. However, on the other hand their customer service is very unprofessional and no one should ever experience the treatment that I received. Period.
