The Mail carrier that delivers mail on Ella Lane. Drives 50 miles per hour in a residential area. If she doesn't stop I will call the State Troopers on her. I don't see no other Mail Carrier driving this fast.

Went in to get our new address "registered" (added to the mail route) and they were quickly and smoothly able to get us set up. Immediately contacted our carrier so that they could check out our address while doing their route. The carrier contacted us the same day with the feedback we needed. Quick and remarkably painless. Shout out to Sarah for knowing what was needed to get everything set up.

If I could give this post office no stars I would because they don't deserve any. The black people that work there are terrible and it's sad it be your own people. I went there Saturday 1/13/24 and the lady at the front window was rude as always. Like we asking her to be there if you don't like working there find a new job. Then they keep messing up my request for my mail and getting attitudes because they messed up. My son's SS card is now lost because of them. I keep complaining about the mail being put in the wrong boxes and the mail carrier still keeps doing the same dumb stuff. They don't listen and they act like they are too illiterate to read request that are done online. I absolutely hate this post office and the service its very poor and the only person that listens up there is the post master Mr. White. Please do away with those bad employees up there they need better training on customer service skills because it's lacking that completely.

I was not pleased with my visit this past Friday, December 22, 2023 to the post office in Winnsboro, SC. Upon arrival, my daughter went in and asked if there was another entrance, for her mother was on a walker and could not climb the steps out front. She was told there wasn't. So she had to conduct business for me, going back and forth. My main question was, could I overnight a package. The lady advised her that the cutoff was overnight shipping had passed. She provided cost for Priority Express - 2 day $91.05 or Priority 3 day - $25.85 or Priority Ground - $17.80. Due to the urgency of needing to get it there, I chose the $91.05 option. It wasn't until she was finished that she said it would arrive until Tuesday. I said welk we might as well send it 3-day, $25.85, since it won't arrive before then, anyway. She told my daughter it was too late, and she couldn’t change. I know for a fact she could have. So needless to say I spent money I didn't need to. There were signs posted also, which we saw later for handicap parking in rear, and handicap accessible in rear. I feel, especially for a post office that there should be accomadations made for the disabled at any rate

I guess you know alot about a place when 99% of the reviews are bad. Sarah is a joke and horrible at her job. If you don't like your job quit & get a new one. I will be going to Columbia & filing a report & bringing the press to your location. Any good workers looking for a good job this location will be hiring soon.

Won’t even attempt to deliver package if in a mood will just mark as on hold and make you come get it. Happened numerous times! Don’t waste time sitting at home all day if it’s important either. Coin toss if you will get it that day. Lazy drivers!

Drove 30 mins for passport appointment at 2pm, gentleman told me they cancelled all appointments for the day and I should've received a phone call to update and never got a call. Time and gas waisted.

Me and my husband were able to get our passports and have the photos taken at this location. We were in and out within 30 min. Lynette was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Poor customer service! Appointment for passport services. Arrived at 11:35 for an 11:30 appointment. Drove over 1 hour and had several construction delays. The mature female postal worker immediately states in an unprofessional manner: "You're late, I don't know if we can do it. You're late. We tell you to be here on time. " as if I wasn't aware that being on time is preferred. A nice gentleman who I assume was responsible for passports proceeded to help me. The female is at her window, "I don't know why she got an attitude with us." Not us, YOU, for your unnecessary and rude behavior! Furthermore, as a service advocate, she should recognize when a customer is upset, considering I told her I drove over an hour. I had all documents prepared and ready, and the gentleman was able to complete our transaction 2 minutes prior to the appt end time. His service was great. As I was leaving, she had the audacity to continue talking to me unecessarily while she had a customer she was servicing! I assume it was because she heard me tell him, "thank you for not turning me away, we were able to finish 2 minutes ahead." I expressed my sincere gratitude because he could have. My first and hopefully LAST time coming to this Post Office! It's ashame that one worker can create such a terrible experience.

0 stars as far as passport services are concerned! I booked online for a child passport application and photo (she’s 2 months) and their website says yes for phot services. Well I get all the way there and the man says they can accommodate children photos. How can you officer photo services for a passport and not accommodate a kid? Now I have no idea when I can apply as you have to have both parents present and my husband works m-f during the appointment hours, he just happened to take today off for the appointment. Extremely upset!
