I feel so sorry for Woodruff to have to come deal with these nonchalant don’t give a damn pharmacist. It’s a glitch going on and they aren’t trying to get to the bottom of it. Doctors say they sent the prescription in 3 times and cvs pharmacist looking at me like what you want us to do we got other stuff to do. It was just the nonchalant don’t give a damn attitude for.

Called in to get a RX transferred and the male pharmacist that answered (I believe his name is David) sighed and said "oh my God" when I asked my question, I thought maybe he was talking to some else at first, but then he said the same thing again, barely under his breath but obviously at me, does this boy not know how phones work, I can hear you! . I asked if he was okay and he YELLED at me for my information, I asked him to change his attitude and he yelled at me again and hung up! I'm an understanding person, by all means roll your eyes at what you think to be a stupid question you have to answer 56 times a day but you don't have to be the worlds biggest butt munch directly to a customer.
David, I pity anyone who has ever thought they love you, im sure it's very hard work for them having convince selves on a daily basis you're not the absolute worst. You seem like a terrible person.

This is one of the lowest rated CVS's I've ever seen. The second I walked in I understood why. Had an online order to pick up and the staff was more interested and making sure they got their stocking done for the day then actually assisting customers. I waited at the front as one of the employees that works the desk I only seemed interested in assisting some guy walking around with a piece of paper who was not a customer or a CVS employee. She did not stop and ask me what I needed and have the man who was not there to shop wait. I had to walk deep into the store and find a lady with a scowl on her face I'm assuming was the manager. I asked her if I could get some help she said she would be there in a minute. You walked up to the front on the cell phone with somebody so she didn't even acknowledge me or talk to me and just handed me the bag. The bag supposed to have a barcode so I asked her about the barcode. She said we don't have a barcode very bluntly. I told her it was supposed to have a barcode and I asked her what she's been telling people picking these up. She said bluntly and made sure to repeat it the same exact way she just said it to maximize the signaling she's giving that she's annoyed I'm bothering her right now. This happened between 10:30 and 10: 40 AM if higher levels of management would like to see who was working that day. Based on the attitude of the store and the ratings, I doubt anyone's going to look. So now we'll just have to wait until Walgreens buys this place I guess like they do all the others now because people seem to be universally treated like this at CVS is for some reason but not Walgreens. Literally walked into Walgreens the other day and asked a question about CVS and five of the workers left and said that they used to work for CVS.

The store was clean. The merchandise was displayed neatly. The employees were friendly. The Christmas merchandise was 75% off. I use my care card. I got a lot of great deals. I am very happy.

The worst or the worst pharmacy! I would give the pharmacy and all its staff zero stars if I could. I moved to Fleetwood Pharmacy in Woodruff,. No problems ever getting any prescription filled. Treated like I’m a close friend. Like I’m family!❤️I want to stress this!And it’s not due to their lack of business!But you literally have less than a 5 to 10 mins wait time. I swear on a Bible I have had a prescription called in a day before or had some electronically sent over to them early in the day and I have waited from early morning drop off until 5 or 6 pm at night to give them enough time to fill them. Or you will wait that long period of time for them to tell you it’s not in stock. And they have no idea when they will get it. Nobody who is chronically ill wants to wait 8 or 9 hours for a prescription to be filled. I’m on Hospice. Therefore , I on several different pain medications. I had this pharmacy flat out refuse to fill my prescriptions because the pharmacist thought he knew better than my Hospice doctor.And he thought I did not need my ordered narcotics. A Hospice patient denied pain easing medications.Their day of reckoning will come for all of them.STAY AWAY ALL CVS IF YOU ARE A CHRONIC PAIN PATIENT.They’re never any hassle at Fleetwood Pharmacy of Woodruff. They are located right across from CVS in the little shopping strip at Food Lion. Their medication is always in stock Or if it’s not, which has rarely happened to me, it will be there the very next day.Every CVS in the United States should shut down or boycotted.

WORST CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Our first time here the male pharmacist is rude as hell and clearly doesn’t care about anyone so he’s clearly in the wrong industry. The second time today the female pharmacist at the drive thru has the biggest attitude ever. Woodruff needs a new pharmacy team because this place SUCKS! What pharmacy doesn’t carry amoxicillin?

NEVER AGAIN! When the doctor calls in prescriptions for generic more than once, you don't restock with the $1500 name brand. There's a reason pharmacy techs here make 15 an hour. They're virtually worthless if they work for CVS. They haven't filled on script right in a year. They never listen, belittle you for their mistake, then go back to taking ages to serve a single customer.

For 2 months in a row they haven't had the medication to fill my prescription. I called a week in advance they told me to call the day before they were due to be filled I called and on the day I was to get my prescription they didn't have it. The pharmacy staff could take some lessons in friendliness and customer service.

I was in the store 04/13/2023 around 8 pm. The front end cashier was personable, professional and all around amazing. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but whoever she is keep doing what you are doing and CVS needs to hang on to her.
