Took the bank almost two months to send me a replacement debit card for my old one that expired on the first of September. Called and explained the situation concerning delivery of the card to multiple associates and even a teller. All of them acted like I was speaking an alien language. I don’t know if everybody there just so happened to be completely new on that day or what,but you people clearly need better training.
