I was warmly greeted by the receptionistThe person whom I was assigned to help with my Income Tax return was very niceand helpful. She was very experienced and knowledgeable about IRS forms & requirements to properly fill in the information to be filled in on the forms.I look forward to coming back in 2024 to g Jackson Hewitt Income Tax services.I am a very satisfied customer!!.

Terri was outstanding she caught mistakes that a prior associate had made and called us and fixed the issue. She saved us alot of money plus got us a better return. She also gave us pointers on how we need to do some of our finances and write offs with our company. Very pleased with our expierence.

We've been doing our taxes at Jackson Hewitt for 10 yrs. We've known Miss Terri for 8 yrs and every year she's done us very good. She is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable while your there.

I have been filing with Jackson Hewitt since 2016 and i have been a tax preparer with them since 2017. Terri Maurer is one of the best tax preparers that has ever filed my taxes and i get her to do my taxes each and every year she is dedicated loyal and hard working and she is great with her customers and loves what she does and even under new management Jackson Hewitt is still the same amazing experience and i will file with them each and every year.I recommend anyone who is filing to go to jackson hewitt in woodruff

We go to Jackson Hewitt every year and love it. We have the best tax prepare. Mrs Sharon Wright in the Woodruff office the best. I highly recommend her for all your tax needs . We will never use anyone else.
