I have bought a few sets of tires over the years for myself and my children when they were teenagers. Several times, I've gone to get a tire plugged or patched without more than a few minutes wait. “I was traveling through the area on November 28, 2025, the day after Thanksgiving. I experienced a flat tire on the interstate and my first thought was no one would be open because of the holiday. I managed to get a tow truck to get me by 5 pm. Looking at tire shops nearby, the only one showing still open was LTC, and when I called he said he was planning to close at 5:30 pm. The tow truck estimated we would get there at that time. I explained the situation to LTC and he agreed to wait for us. I am so thankful! We arrived by 5:20 pm and he changed the tire for us. We were able to continue on our journey and get home as planned. I am so grateful he was willing to wait for us and help us on this holiday adjacent day. If he had not have helped us, we would have had to stay overnight and we had obligations at home that couldn't wait until the next day. I regret not getting the gentleman's name who assisted us, but he deserves all the recognition for his customer service. He explained the tire was used but I truly didn't care. I just wanted to get home. I am writing this about a week later and the tire is still doing great. It seems to be in great shape and I am happy with the whole transaction. Thank you!”
