“Ms. Shannon at the front desk was most helpful in getting me and my team back on the road to make an important deadline that same day. Thank you again for your prompt and courteous service this morning! I will highly recommend your location to anyone in in need and to my friends and family.”
“We were exhausted from the 12 hour trip the day before to Virginia from Orlando Florida. To have a bad experience with a sold out area with a Springfield Suite having no ac in the room the night before not getting much sleep. I attention an even for 8 hours to drive as far as we could by home to Orlando. This was the best hotel on our trip. It was nice comfy, clean, and the A/C worked.
We got needed sleep to go the rest of the way home.
Thank you”

“The desk clerk at midnight was wonderful, as was the one when we were leaving in the morning. So sweet, kind, affable.
The shower was just tolerable. The water took 15 minutes to get to that tolerable temperature, though. That was about 9:30am.
And the coffee cups in the room had a fabric softener scent. My daughter got me one from the breakfast room and it was fine.
We’d stay here again.”
