“I want to recognize Joshua, our R&L Carriers delivery driver, for an absolutely outstanding job.
Because of the size of his truck, Joshua wasn’t able to drive very far into our neighborhood. To make matters even more challenging, there were tree-trimming service vehicles blocking the road, making it completely impassable. At that point, it would have been very easy to declare the delivery undeliverable and move on.
Instead, Joshua was determined to get our pallet of tile to us.
As my wife and I waited anxiously, unsure whether the delivery could actually be completed, we were thrilled to see Joshua coming down our lane — pulling the pallet jack behind him and personally bringing the tile all the way to our house. He did this with a smile on his face the entire time and a genuinely pleasant attitude.
Joshua went the extra mile — literally — to make sure we received our delivery. His determination, professionalism, and positive demeanor turned what could have been a frustrating situation into an exceptional experience. This is the kind of service that truly stands out, and R&L Carriers should be proud to have him representing their company.
Thank you, Joshua, for your hard work and dedication!”
