Walked in to get help with a insurance claim and this woman was asleep. It took us a good 3 min to get her to wake up. Like she was dead asleep. We literally had to yell to get her to wake up. Once awake she seemed to either not know what she was doing or just didn’t want to help us so she could go back to sleep. So we left.

I ordered a curbside pickup from this store. The employee, Angela, is taking her time and has spent over an hour with another customer. At this rate the store can deal with at most 8 customers per day. I am still waiting for the employee to say she’s ready to give me a phone I paid for and need no other services from inside the store. Despite AT&T allowing me to order a curbside pickup she told me they can’t do it. I don’t have time to wait hours for an employee to literally just hand me a phone. It’s quite deceptive to allow curbside pickups online but then have the store refuse to adhere to it. Ironically the Verizon store right next to it is function just fine and moving through customers. I’m thinking that maybe it’s time to change providers.
