Awesome experience with Jen and Dean from Helacious! FFL transfer went smoothly and their website had many items I had a hard time finding elsewhere. I will be back for much more in the future!

It was great working with Dean & Jen on an FFL transfer. Their prices are very reasonable, some of the lowest transfer rates in the area. The background check was as quick as can be. They also have a nice selection of knives and a growing collection of firearms in their showroom (and online). Dean was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me some great info on sharpening knives, and even took the time to give me a demo on a commercial sharpening tool.I would love to see them grow and expand their business hours/days from 6 hours (4 days per week) to 8 hours (5 days per week). That would be a big help to customers and shipping services.Thanks Helacious, I’ll be back for sure!

Absolutely incredible customer service! I had emailed with questions several times, and they responded almost instantly each time. The shipping was also incredibly fast. I had an email with shipping info within an hour of placing my order. When I opened my package I had a hand written thank you note, an ink pen with the company logo and number on it, and a sticker of the logo. Everything was packaged with care to prevent damage from shipping. I will definitely be buying from Helacious again!

First time placing an order from this store and it won't be my last! I had ordered a knife from them that I thought was right handed but on their website all I saw was a left handed knife. Made a phone call that store and left a message. Jen from the store called me back shortly there after to confirm that I had ordered a right hand knife. Explained what I saw on their website and was assured all that was left were left handed knives. Placed the order and two days after it I got the knife delivered. Very happy with the timely response from this store and will be placing another order shortly!!
