I don’t like leaving negative reviews, especially for pharmacies, but I felt this needed to be said. During my recent visit to Walgreens, I witnessed the pharmacist, Sandy, speaking very rudely and impatiently to an elderly woman who was clearly confused and just trying to ask a few questions. While I understand that pharmacy work can be stressful, I believe a little more patience and compassion would have gone a long way in that moment.
Unfortunately, Sandy was also short and dismissive toward me, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. I genuinely hope it was just an off day, but kindness and professionalism should always be a priority—especially in a healthcare setting.

Tried calling manager, Alice several times. Always put on hold.
Very slow service. Not very good customer service. Need better training in customer service. If not you are losing your customers.

Staff is always friendly. Not an easy job with a lot coming at them but they clearly are trying and do a good job. Appreciate having them in the community.

The staff here are lazy and rude and don’t know how to have conversations with people they lie to cover up the lazyness. The line is alway long there and then you have to wait even longer after talking to the front desk. These people are so rude I will be taking my business elsewhere

SLOWEST PHARMACY ON EARTH! Whether you go in and stand in line, or waste a lot of gas waiting in the drive thru, make sure you don't have anything else to do that day.
