First vet visit, very kind and accommodating staff for the dog and myself. 10/10 would greatly recommend if you don’t go there already

My daughter called after hours on July 8th about her kitty child. And the lady on call says that it's probably just constipation without even checking our girl out and says bring her Monday if she's not better. My daughter's girl passed away early Sunday July 9th. The lady there didn't care. Don't answer or advertise that your an emergency pet service if you don't truly help the animals. Thanks a lot. Not!!!

I took my dog in for mobility issues concentrated in one leg; Dr. O'Neill barely touched her, diagnosed arthritis, and prescribed painkillers. I ended up taking her to another vet who actually palpated the leg and quickly identified either a bone tumor or a partially healed fracture. Both conditions are quite painful and the dog was old and frail, so we did not pursue a precise diagnosis or aggressive treatment, but tried to give palliative care to keep her comfortable. Sadly she had to be euthanized four days after the second-opinion visit. Before the incident above, my rating for the clinic probably would have been 3 stars. Some of the problems may be related to the older building near WalMart that they are moving out of now, but overall I feel like these evince a lack of caring and thoughtfulness for patients and clients:*Office cats free-roam the waiting room. I like cats just fine, but this stresses out pretty much all dogs and probably a lot of cat patients too, before they even get into the exam room.*The waiting room and exam rooms were very cramped and uncomfortable. The waiting room lacked any sort of visual barrier for reactive or fearful pets, and at our last visit there wasn't even a chair in the exam room - had to put my purse on the floor.*Zero privacy - due to the lack of space, staff often didn't close the exam room door and everyone in the waiting room could hear what was going on in there. Last time I was there, someone on staff verbally trashed a client who'd just left. She was in the "back office" area and talking to a co-worker, but was quite audible in the waiting room.*The building was generally not clean and smelled like a litter box.--------------------------Before the "arthritis" visit, I knew my dog was approaching her time for euthanasia. The thought of having to do it in this clinic, given all of the factors above, seriously compounded my stress levels during the last month of her life.

This place claims to have emergency services available around the clock, but they don't. I called the after hours emergency number and the vet who I talked to refused to treat my pet. She said she "wasn't available to come in tonight."If you offer emergency services and someone calls your after hours emergency number, you can't suddenly decide to not offer that service because you don't want to come in the office. My cat was really sick. I ended up taking him to Northern Plains, who did meet me for an after hours visit and they took great care of him. He could have died, had I waited because he was dehydrated and then started vomiting. He was also having respiratory distress. I will be reporting this business for false advertising and the vet for endangering an animals life. I recommend going to Northern Plains. The vet there was very nice and saved my cat's life.

My favorite thing about this clinic is that the entire staff LOVES to interact and love on the animals! The entire staff has great service and are extremely knowledgeable! Emergency service is available and I have no doubt it's out of love for the animals, not money! I LOVE this place! It's a really neat atmosphere with resident cats milling around and a nice little pet food store!

Took my 7 day old puppy in for an emergency vet appt. Waited over 35 minutes to be seen while the vet talked about a dinner she had planned with the gal in the office next to us.Not a single Vet tech came in to check my animal, they did not weigh, nor take temp of my animal. Vet finally came in and was very irritated that I was there with a young animal. That animal had been crying for 17 hours straight.Vet simply said (get back to his mother so he can nurse), issue turned out to be obstructed bowels after being seen by another vet who actually took the time to truly care for my animal. If it was the last vet on earth I wouldn't take another animal there ever. Vet was RUDE, and treated me and my animal as if we were an inconvenience. Glad I went for a second opinion.

I'm happy to know they are helpful in short notice for use of a cat carrier for a short few hours, plus have reasonable prices for vet care.

Took my 9 year old cat Lilly there to have her checked out because she was constantly throwing up her food and water them going back for more food/ water and keep puking. The vet seemed very unconcerned when I told her about Lilly puking she barley did anything didn't check her stomach or anything just told me to monitor her food, before giving me a " feeder training bowl" for her even after I told her she was 9 and she wasn't going to use the bowl since she isn't used to it all the doctor did was roll her eyes and tell me to watch her she also have me some medication for her to help her with hairball even thought I told her repeadly she threw up her food and water not hairball she kept rolling her eyes at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Went to check out and the bill was $94 for the visit I was suprised and asked why that much the lady at the desk and the doctor rudely explained for the exam, medication and food bowl it was $94 I asked if I could make payments and they rudely agreed. Made a few payments and never went back. Less than a 1 year later got a bill from them and it went from $94 to over $3000 don't understand why since they only sent me one bill. DO NOT TAKE YOUT PETS HERE THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS
