“The experience I had while living at Journey Home was one of transformation and enlightenment. I was able to rebuild my life from the ground up. The staff were so supportive and encouraged me to lay a solid foundation for myself. As with most things in life, you only get out what you put in. It was A LOT of hard work. But completely worth it. The changes I've made through my work at journey home and in recovery will last a lifetime. All I can hope for now is that I'm able to pay forward all the kindness and love freely given to me there. “The skiers are volunteer & really fantastic! As another person noted, the skiers are awesome - they even had someone able to do a back flip off the water wedge- but the side show/ commentary was called "Dumb & Dumber" & we weren't super impressed with the story line/ less impressed with the commentary on the Vegas girls- almost like 2 different style shows trying to pull together. There were even young kids riding on pyramids, really impressed they can pull it off. Worth checking out, it's was less than $20 for my family of 4!”
