“I found the manager, Rick, and another employee who helped me (Hunter? Can't remember name) very pleasant and helpful. The only issue I have is with the guy at the store who activated my new phone on Dec. 12 (Tuesday). While not outwardly rude, he was not very friendly to me whatsoever and it was, quite honestly, kind of uncomfortable. But overall, it was a good experience”
