“I had water damage on my previous phone (iPhone 16 pro). I came in and Daniel helped me immediately. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and talked me through my options. I was leaving town the following day and Daniel got me setup with my new phone (iPhone 17 pro) within the afternoon of me coming in so I didn’t have to worry about it. He also assisted me with getting a new plan which made my bill cheaper for features I actually utilize, and none that I don’t. Very helpful, highly recommend!”

“Zach was amazing today! He manned the store by himself on a Sunday. A large crowd entered as soon as he opened the store. He let everyone know he would get to them as soon as he could each time a new customer came in. While there was down time with one customer, he would assist others on their phones or answer other customers' questions. He thanked people for their understanding and patience. He was determined to give each customer the best plans/services for their money. He took on some uncommon cases that met him with major complications. He continued to handle himself with professionalism in an obviously stressful situation. He offered to come in on a day off in order to help me resolve one of his concerns that he insisted he could help me take care of. In the end, he took care of it right then and there. Great customer service and dedication! I really appreciated him! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.”

They helped me setup the new phone that made it seamless to go from one to the next. Incredibly friendly service and I am so glad there is an actual T-Mobile location in Aberdeen once again.”

“not a bad internet company, they had some good promotions at the time so i thought i’d sign up. i’m only on month two so i can’t say this is the best review to go off of but so far i’ve had no problems and i love the auto pay i don’t even have to contact them ever unless i’m having issues.”
