Always great service! It's a family owned business and they have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Price is always fair, and they keep their word. I think they've worked on all of our vehicles. Would 100% recommend!

I want to start off by saying in the past I and all the members of my family have taken there vehicles to premier auto for quite some time. We have always been treated fairly but the other day I brought my wife's Nissan pathfinder in for service on the heater. We use and extended warranty company for repairs on all our vehicles and haven't had any issues in the past. This time we brought the vehicle in the problem was diagnosed, the shop manager then called me stating the warranty company would not cover the repair. So I called the warranty company myself and they had no record of a call. The warranty company did end up covering the repair. after paying the bill in full mike then said " I have better things to do than deal with warranty companies" and asked me not to come back. In conclusion if you have an extended warranty on your vehicle you may be asked not to return to this shop due to no fault of your own.

I highly recommend them.Our motorhome home wouldn't start at gas station in aberdeen and they came to our rescue. Very friendly.

Great people, quality of service has always been top notch. Trust there recommendations every time. I never get the robotic generic responses like; we noticed ... while we were ... we would recommend ... which will add on another $200-$700, putting you on the spot and leaving you with the choice to not do it and then a week later the front driver wheel comes off while on the highway doing 60 mph and its your wife and kids in the car or option 2 huh well there is no other scenario because once you've played that out in your mind even if it's only a 0.0001% chance anything is really wrong its not a risk worth taking a chance on. So well you know how the rest of that goes and some how you leave feeling like you just got robbed while trying to make you feel like they are robbing you for a good reason so its ok. Then you question even if they actually fixed the original issue or anything for that matter. I've never left Premier Auto feeling anything like that. Just great people who I've trusted for a good 20+ years. Thanks guys for all your hard work.

I took my vehicle in for an air bag indicator light issue and it ended up that the air bags deployed while they were switching the part causing the original issue. Also, the biggest issue was also that when I brought my vehicle in it had auto start and when I picked it up it did not have auto start. After taking it to a Ford dealership to have the auto start looked at they said that it was not in the middle console where it should have been. Premiere had torn apart the middle console while trying to fix the air bag issue. I am having to pay to have a new auto start installed as Premiere would not claim any responsibility even though I brought it in with auto start and picked it up without.
