Went to the optometrist. Bought some glasses next. doctor was great. The idiot at the till when you buy charged the wrong amount to my HSA then refunded a different total. Apparently those were other people's bills. Completely screwed up my HSA. Just spent 2 hours on the phone with my HSA company. I had to file a claim. Now I have another five day wait to see if my HSA can cancel out Jeri (the idiot). Been going on for nine days already. She did this in less than two minutes!

I'd like to say I enjoy the services, but too often do I have rude delivery people, damaged goods, things are out of stock, and the customer service is unwilling, rude, and unaccommodating. I'm terribly disappointed almost every time I order.

A certain employee was extremely rude to me when I was testing speakers. Like why can I test them if i'm going to get yelled at for testing them? All because she is having a bad day doesn't mean you need to take it out on me.

Nice big store has more than the Rapid City one. Just wish sign directions to find what you want were larger or ground level for visually impaired people. Other than that great place
