“SUPER nice people! Had a 1/2 beef processed there and it had been a while since I last purchased a side of beef. I was a bit rusty on what all the options for cutting instructions were. The gal that I gave my cut instructions to was very helpful walking me through my options for each part of the beef. Turnaround was very quick and the gentleman that loaded our beef was also great to work with. Then about 3 weeks later they called me because a box of my beef had gotten separated from the rest and left behind in their freezer. They even arranged for transport for it! I was thrilled with my experience and will definitely go back.”
