They towed my vehicle to their shop promptly, had great communication, and also gave me a loaner to drive. Unfortunately, my car was declared a total loss by my insurance company, so they didn't end up repairing my car. “On our move to Florida, we lost a trailer bearing right outside of Aberdeen, SD on a Sunday night. We were able to pull the trailer back to Specialty Trailer's parking lot and were prepared to stay the night there in the truck, as we didn't feel comfortable leaving the trailer with our whole life in it on the side of the road. We went and got some food and when we came back, Todd (the manager) was there and we explained our situation. Not only did he let us store the trailer inside the company fence, he was able to get our trailer in first thing the following morning and back on the road before noon! I would absolutely recommend these guys. We appreciate not only your work, but your hospitality as well!”
