Went for a shower. Great price, just under $11. The only issue I had was no place to set to change clothes. Other than that, very please. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Nice little lounge with TV and table and couches. Store very clean.

We had a coolant leak and couldn’t find any open gas stations nearby. Luckily we were able to stop by here and get everything we needed and some snacks at 3am. Thank you Cenex!!

The main feature of the US transport system is that it is overwhelmingly tied to road transport. There are few transcontinental railroads here, and the very philosophy of their operation does not fit well with the principles of decentralization and subcontracting on which the American economy is built. Therefore, since the 50s, when the country was covered with a network of high-speed highways - freeways-interstates - most of the cargo has been transported by road. It is more selective, fast and flexible than aviation, rail or sea. Therefore, the entire transport economy here is built around heavy trucks. I wrote a lot about American tracks, their features and device earlier. Those interested can go into details here, here and here. But now we will not talk about them, but about the transport "back office" - the system of roadside support for American road freight. The basis of this very provision is truck stops - gas stations for heavy vehicles, combined with parking lots for it. There are a huge number of truck stops in the United States - from small family ones with a dozen parking spaces to huge ones designed for several hundred cars. The largest in America, the emnip, can accommodate 500 trucks. It is located on the Midwest, somewhere in Iowa. However, in general, a typical parking lot is designed for forty to fifty cars.

The people are very friendly here and you can always find a spot to park. Nice spacious shower and lounge that are very clean. There's several food options within walking distance and a really good Cafe across the street. Definitely a good place to stop for the weekend

Bad experience no showers because crew on duty refused to clean shower said check in at 3:00 am for next crew to clean, bathrooms were dirtier than most truck stops. Wouldn’t recommend 7/21/22 10:50pm

DO NOT USE THEIR SCALE!!! It is totally inaccurate and off by 1500 lbs!!! I weighed there on 8/9/22 and was pulled into a scale house in Minnesota for being over 1,140 lbs over 80,000 lbs gross. The scale ticket I received at the fuel desk here said my gross weight was 78,640 lbs!!! WAY OFF!!!
