You can start here...My experience as of 7/17/20...requested funds transfer from SD UI funds to personal checking account. The entire staff was cold, unhelpful and acted like I was disturbing them rather than offering assistance. "Heather" at the teller station was equally cold, rude, sharp...everything a teller DOSEN't do in dealing with the public. Finally, the transaction was mishandled resulting in a disputed charge call to my CC company, resulting in lost time and productivity on my part, thanks to their error.

Place is always looking for a way to charge you with a service fee. They changed there policy February of this year too start changing more.. why other companies are looking to save you money in these hard times this bank is looking to take your money anyway I can.. 5 dollars dont seem like much a month but when it was free for the last 4 years.. now if my account drops below 250 for every a day throw out the month I'll get the service fee. In this hard times it hard to keep 250 dollars in your account at all times.. I think they need to think about there customer more.. and not just the rich ones either.

They are always rude to me, they make me feel like I am stupid whenever I call/go in the bank to make a payment. It's gotten to the point where I'd rather drive to the bank in spearfish then deal with the tellers at the one in Bell.

Just not the lady working drive through today at Belle who insulted me and was completely rude to the point of calling me a liar.

Why was I asked for a different form of I.D. when presenting a federally issued tribal identification card and informed that I would be required to present an additional form of I.D. if ever doing a transaction of over $1000? I have never been informed of this by any other financial institution ever.

They are all friendly and helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered quickly and easily. The on line banking took a couple of times to use and I like it now.
