POOR! Will take months to cash checks, will change you more rate because he has no clue so he guesses. So then he will tell you, you owe money. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! Locks your unit because he has no clue. Terrible business! The older man is so rude. I have codes of my checks from the bank date and timed stamped and all. He claims we never paid. We have PROVE!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!Poor management!!! VERY VERY RUDE. DOES NOT CASH CHECKS FOR MONTHS AND COME BACK AND TELL YOU OWN HIM MONEY. Changes monthly dues to what he likes that day, does not keep clean bookkeeping. He will can randomly and saying you own.
