“Booking with Savvy Storage over the phone was very convenient and easy. The facility itself has a passcode controlled access gate with 24/7 security availability. Each unit has a padlock for each customer to use and is only accessible by those who have the key for the padlock. Renting process was super convenient considering the urgent need I had to secure storage for leftover household goods I had to remove from the rental townhouse I moved out of along with luggage in preparation for a pcs move.
The 10x10 unit I am renting was secure, well insulated. I didn't notice any sign of potential rain / water leakage which was comforting considering the rain activity we had this week.
There was evidence of bug activity in the corners of the unit by the doors that are manually raised up and pest control bait was in place. Normal manageable conditions to take into consideration. The units themselves are enclosed and sturdy.”
“Rented unit last September and haven't been back until a few days ago. Dry and clean inside. If I need to store anything in this area I would definitely use them again. Pay online helps when you're 5 states away.”
