Rhonda and Trisha are amazing! Always friendly, kind, and helpful! I visit this post office multiple times a week to drop off packages and the service is always 100%.

Staff very rude and act like they don't have time to do their job. When asked about a pkg that didnt get delivered all I got was I don't know wait and see. Didn't even try to look it up. I'd rather drive further to another store then deal with box elder again.

Good service. We had an issue with mail delivery with a new build and it did take a few days but the issue has been solved. Mail delivery often is a thankless job and we appreciate the hard work put into get our issue solved.

Packages arrived late and damaged. $2200 Gaming PC arrived with broken parts and boxes carefully packaged arrived broken after shipping with USPS. 1 star isn’t low enough of a rating but it’s the lowest I can give.

Our postal carrier is the worst! In 5 months' time, he has managed to deliver our packages and mail to the wrong address 5 different times and we have gotten our neighbors' mail on multiple occasions too. I have talked to the Postmaster and I have also filed multiple complaints on USPS' website. Each time, the complaint just gets closed out and no one contacts me about it.
The fix is simple: focus on your customers and pay closer attention to detail. This is a small town. We aren't in Sioux Falls or even Rapid City.

I don’t know why all the bad reviews. I’ve been many times and haven’t had a bad experience. The lady that is always at the desk is super nice and even gave me a few tricks for mailing homemade cards.

Rhonda, Thank you for friendly and effective service!
While visiting the area we needed help with a complicated, multi-state Change of address error. Our correction included conversations with Postal employees in 4 Post Offices (two in person, two over the phone). Rhonda and another employee at the Box Elder office were by Far the most professional and Friendly people to deal with!

Been to over 100 post offices in many states. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at one. From the rude lady at the front to the incompetent post master in the back. They made me drive all the way home to get tape because I didnt want to buy a whole roll from the to send off a package. Never in my life have I seen this. This really explains their rating and bad service history. I really had nothing better to do with my time.

Had to drop off somethings to get a postmark. Nothing to mind blowing. I got done what I needed to. It’s a small post office. With one person attending. Who seemed busy on the phone.

A customer ordered was being returned to me cause of an incomplete address. I call the post office directly. Travis answered and was very helpful. He was able to locate my customers package, and fix my address mistake. So instead of the package coming all the way back to me and me reshaping it, it will be at our customers apt tomorrow. Thank you travis!
