Very pleased with Alliance. Had an issue with the internet and they were aware and calling us before we had a chance to call them. They had a tech here and problem fixed within 20 minutes. Great customer service.

Matt who does on-site service calls is great! He has stopped out twice in the last couple years (including today) and he always does a great job of communicating and explaining what he needs to do to get the job done. I am not well versed when it comes to the wireless world, but he does a great job making things simple and got to work right away after telling us what he would be doing. He also explained to us the pros of certain routers and made expanding our internet to our shop a breeze. Thanks again, Matt!

I am new to the area, and needed to set up my internet and TV service. Alliance Communications was recommended, so I thought I would give them a try. Tom and Adam came out to get the system set up and ready. Jessie was always just a call away. Initially we had some issues with the streaming, but Adam and Jessie were determined to assist in getting the to issue causing the streaming problem. My business is all about customer service, so service is always first on my mind. I could not have asked for better, high quality service from either Jessie or Adam. They both exceeded my expectations! I never felt like it was a problem for them the hear from me!We have tackled the problem, and my streaming service is working great!Kudo’s to Jessie and Adam!

Alcester Summer Rec is so thankful for the grant we received from the "Keep the Change" program. We used the grant to build a 24X24 equipment shed at the baseball/softball field. Our former shed was no longer useable.For the last two years we have had to store our equipment off site, this made it very difficult to grab what was needed quickly. Our new shed will be housing the mowers, along with all the equipment needed for our ball teams and umpires. Thanks again Alliance for your generous donation. We will be enjoying the equipment shed for many years.

Terrible customer service. Have had alliance email and have called and spoken with the office multiple times. They never fix what needs to be fixed. Called again today to have them release quarantined emails to find out that they are automatically deleting all emails they quarantine before we have a chance to even view them or look to see if they are actually spam. Unfortunately for us we run a business and they are deleting emails from our clients that are emailing us with questions as well as deleting emails that we are receiving from other businesses.

A big thank you to Alliance for granting the Garretson Area Historical Society a grant to assist in the construction of the "railroad room" at the Museum in downtown Garretson.This will be an "N" scale city of Garretson and community replica from the '60's, complete with an operating train. Keep the Change program gave the Garretson School District $1,200 to give to students to purchase Scholastic Books at our Book Fair. Excellent program. Alliance is great to us in every way.

Comprehensive and friendly customer service. The Co-op values its members and it provides quality products. Package options are limited in my opinion, but comparable to most major communication companies. Price isn't cheap, but is still reasonable for what you receive. You also get the benefits of being a co-op member.
