“I could not figure out how to set my internet up so I called midco and they were super nice on the phone and I was surprised how quick they got here they came the same day I called maybe only 1 hrs after I called. The guy Jonathan was very nice it's a little difficult to set up my internet here because of where the plugins are so he had to pull out my big couch a little bit and the routers and the bedroom and I need to living room on and it's just weird how the stuff is set up here and the apartment but he went the extra mile to get it done. Seem to really know his stuff he was pretty quick. My baby hid the TV remote and I felt bad having to make him wait for me to find it but he was just super nice about everything very good customer service very good I'm very impressed with this place and the technician they sent out thank you”

“I had blue peak and I switched over and I just love you guys. The service was fast. The technician was very friendly answered my questions and I’m actually getting a bill from you every month with blue peak. It was 3 1/2 months before I got my first bill and then they wanted it all at once and I’m on a fixed income so I was like baffled go and I don’t understand so I tried to get him to take some off and I think they took off like seven dollars but the bill was like over $200. I’m like wait a minute and they said that they were giving me a $50 plan and it ended up being like 70 something dollars and I don’t do that I have everything planned in my budget because I don’t wanna go broke for a whole month but yeah I like Midco so far so good. I appreciate you guys have a great day bye bye-bye.”

“Extremely happy with our service. Get a yearly reimbursement check from the co-op that increases each year to the point where we get a month of our bill each year. Never any outages during the day. Warned about maintenance that usually occurs overnight for a few hours that doesn't disrupt us at all”
