Store doesn’t know how to properly make the food the way the customer orders it online every time I order food they don’t make the sandwich right. Hiring kids to work there not a good idea I have had the wrong order for the last 5 times I have order food from them online.

The guy who checked me out forgot the chips and let me have them for free, I tipped him and I really enjoyed how clean the place was and how quickly he made the food. I appreciate the workers here and I think they do wonderfully. Thanks random subway guy I hope you have a good forth of July :)

Food is incredibly subpar nothing but highschoolers working here who evidently don’t have the knowledge to make a decent sandwich. They go crazy with lettuce and light on everything else. Don’t waste your time just drive to Sioux Falls.

Ordered 2 sub sandwiches and 1 salad online for pickup and paid online. When my husband got there, they told him it was unpaid so he paid and they gave him someone else’s stuff (he didn’t know). He returned and explained what happened so they remade the order, refunded him for paying for someone else’s order, then they forgot to put lettuce in the salad ? and only put some spinach and chicken. And as he checked again, they messed up on the 2nd sandwich again completely (wrong size, wrong sandwich.) I called and talked to a female worker who was extremely nice and apologetic and she explained her manager would call to make it right. Never heard anything else and when we tried to call back we were told they would call us. It’s been a few weeks, not too hopeful. But I would not ever recommend the online order at this store.

I have been to a few subway in my day. Compared to subways in many other states or area's, I like this one in particular. The guests are interesting and lively. Everyone has an opinion, but if you want to know the local scoop in Brandon, this is the place to over hear it all. Of course there subs are great, the workers really know how to keep long lines moving quickly, which is amazing and make great subs all at same time without sacrificing customer care or quality. If you don't understand or appreciate this, you should, Very important. Overall any time I go to Subway, my first instinct is to drive 30 miles to this subway, even though I have a subway 1 mile from me, It's worth the drive.

So first of i went to go get a sandwich i told them I'm the beginning that I wanted a foot long of flatbread with bacon egg and cheese toasted and they went to put it in the oven and i guess they forgot for put the cheese on it so I was gonna ask them after if they could put some cheese on it after the toasted it and i watched them put the sun in the oven and I guess I thought it would be warm ya know but when they took it out I told them to put cheese on it but they never did apparently so they went to put veggies on it and everything, land they also didn't wrap them correctly I watched them wrap it and you could still see the sandwich after they were done wrapping it and they also didn't put the little sticker on it to seal the sandwich but when I got home to eat the it I didn't know which one was which because they didn't mark the sandwiches but when I opened it the sandwich was cold it was hot or slightly warm at all so it wasn't a good experience for me overall

Never been disappointed at this subway. Friendly staff. The restaurant is usually clean. I can't forget the cookies those are delicious. Love the new menu option.
